MARI

MARI is a visual and intuitive process using symbols and colours to assess a person’s current psychological and emotional state. MARI is a Jungian-Based Approach, formulated by Art Therapist, Joan Kellogg.

The relationship of this tool to the cycle of life provides a strong and holistic backdrop for self understanding and rapid transformation through accessing the unconscious mind via the creative impulse.
